Suicide is the #3 cause of death among American young people ages 15 to 24. Know the WARNING SIGNS:

IS PATH WARM?

This acronym helps identify some of the signs that indicate a person at risk for suicidal behavior. If observed, seek help as soon as possible:

Ideation - Talking about suicide or making a plan

Increased Substance abuse - alcohol or drugs

No reason for living; no sense of Purpose in life.

Anxiety, agitation, unable to sleep or sleeping all the time.

Feeling Trapped like there is no way out.

Hopelessness

Withdrawing from friends, family and society.

Rage, uncontrolled Anger, seeking revenge.

Acting Reckless or engaging in risky activities, seemingly without thinking.

Dramatic Mood changes.
